amazing stay with attentive staff!

amazing architecture comfortable stay

I loved the amazing architecture and the exclusive feel the hotel had. daniel, the bellhop, was especially hospitable and helpful. he made sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed. it was a ten out of ten stay!

the room didn't have proper soundproofing, so it was quite noisy. i could easily hear sounds from both outside and from the adjacent room, a bit disturbing.

poor soundproofing long elevator waits

the beds were comfortable.

My room lacked soundproofing. Noise from outside and adjacent rooms was clearly audible. i also experienced long waits for the elevators. this detracted from the stay. It was not the relaxing atmosphere i had anticipated.

the pool bar had a nice atmosphere it felt more informal than i expected. the bartender came to our table himself to take our order he was knowledgeable about drinks.

the room was smaller than expected king beautiful rooms are more spacious. the windows were very dirty this.
