fresh tea helpful staff indoor pool

The breakfast buffet included many options with local cheeses, and fresh turkish tea. staff was very helpful and accomodating . the executive lounge offered a good experience, specifically in the late evening. spa and sauna were well maintained. I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool a lot.

the elevators require a room card for operation, but it didn't always work on the first swipe.

spacious suite modern design

the suite was spacious and well-appointed with modern design. the bed provided excellent comfort. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options (i especially liked turkish tea). the executive lounge featured excellent services, particularly during evening tea.

I experienced a delay in check-in. I had to wait until 3 pm despite multiple requests made earlier. our luggage arrived after 4 pm following a complaint at the front desk.

dusty areas thin walls

my room's cleanliness really bothered me areas were dusty plus the bathroom had some mold i also had issues with noise the walls seemed thin i could hear conversations and hallway noise it was difficult to relax or sleep soundly because of the disruptions

the staff were friendly and ready to assist me.

I was a little let down by the room service options. the menu seemed quite limited, and the food i ordered wasn't that hot when it arrived. it also seemed like they forgot about my request for extra towels. I had to call again to remind them.

Really good amenities, attentive staff

great variety tasty food

The location had a metro station nearby. Breakfast was amazing, offering a great variety to satisfy many tastes. I found the food in the restaurant quite tasty for both lunch and dinner. There were plenty of elevators available. Waiting was never long.

The bathroom design could be improved. Water did not drain properly from the sink. It leaked from the shower cabin making the floor slippery.

The hotel offers a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The indoor pool area includes twenty loungers and also a shaded section.. Security measures involved car checks and luggage scans, so guests could feel safer.

great stay at excellent premises

helpful reception fabulous buffets

the morning buffets were fabulous, with a wide variety of choices. esraa and zelal from the reception were so helpful from the check in till checkout, i appreciated the assistance. i really liked the breakfast, as it offered many options.

the air conditioning system was inadequate, which did little to improve our comfort. the rooms and common areas were not well kept, leading to an uncomfortable stay.

the twin room featured spacious, clean interiors with very clean bathrooms. windows are sealed shut, so it is not possible to ventilate the space. rooms included comfortable beds and sufficient storage.
