The location had a metro station nearby. Breakfast was amazing, offering a great variety to satisfy many tastes. I found the food in the restaurant quite tasty for both lunch and dinner. Waiting was never long.
The bathroom design could be improved. Water did not drain properly from the sink. It leaked from the shower cabin making the floor slippery.

The hotel offers a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The indoor pool area includes twenty loungers and also a shaded section.. Security measures involved car checks and luggage scans, so guests could feel safer.

the morning buffets were fabulous, with a wide variety of choices. esraa and zelal from the reception were so helpful from the check in till checkout, i appreciated the assistance. i really liked the breakfast, as it offered many options.
the air conditioning system was inadequate, which did little to improve our comfort. the rooms and common areas were not well kept, leading to an uncomfortable stay.

the twin room featured spacious, clean interiors with very clean bathrooms. windows are sealed shut, so it is not possible to ventilate the space. rooms included comfortable beds and sufficient storage.

Esraa and baris were helpful. esraa and irem were also very helpful . i interacted with multiple employees who provided excellent support and information. They were very polite.

The hotel offers morning buffets. I found them to be fabulous. there was a good range of choices available and the food was fresh! i loved the variety of options.

the hotel is situated in a location that requires taxi rides to reach many tourist destinations. it may be necessary to walk to reach more vibrant streets! the hotel is good, but the location is not the best.

the lobby is wide and grand, which gives it a five-star feel. the hotel offers a swimming pool, but a swimming cap is required. the internet speed was not very high.
