Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

The location was VERY convenient. It helped me move around the city quickly. The staff provided useful information about local attractions. Dogukan was particularly lovely. He was very accommodating. Breakfast had good options and was of good quality.
The hotel rooms are a bit outdated. They do not entirely match the pictures online.

Breakfast includes small Turkish dishes. I also saw good feta-like cheeses and very good bread. The hotel offers tour arrangements if you need them. They are easy to book.

the location allowed us to explore easily with the major attractions a short walk away. the staff members were attentive and always ready to assist with any request. i found the breakfast to be fresh and diverse offering a good start to each day.
the air conditioning seemed not to work efficiently on some days.

amazing experience!

professional support perfect location easy access clean hotel
i especially want to thank ms. Şevval, she supported me professionally throughout my stay! she helped me even with tourist spots! she does her job well! the hotel was super clean, and the location was perfect. it had easy access to metro stations and famous places like the blue mosque and hagia sophia!
the tv in the rooms is older and not a smart tv. there are no arabic channels, a slight issue for the kids, but we managed!

melisa offered great help with everything i needed in the city. the staff were all very friendly and quick to respond to requests. the kitchen team deserves HUGE appreciation for their delicious food and great hospitality!

The staff was friendly and helpful . The location was central. It was close to a tram station and a main shopping road. I could easily walk to the Blue mosque.
The room was small. This was an issue for me. The air conditioning did not work properly. there were no Arabic channels on the television, this i found difficult
