decent stay, some minor issues
great location easy access complimentary water long waits rough bedsheets missing mini bar
i really liked the location. it was super easy to get around. the bus station was only a 3-minute walk away, and bus 30 took me straight to the eiffel tower. i also appreciated the complimentary still and sparkling water available in the lobby, it was a nice touch.
the lifts were a real pain, i waited over 10 minutes a few times. also, the bedsheets felt kind of rough, like cardboard. it was a shame there wasn't a mini bar in the room too. i wish there was one.

dated room toilet room
the location was acceptable with easy access to public transportation.
The room was a disappointment. It felt very dated. some details seemed squalid, like stains on the carpet. the separate toilet room was also not convenient at all. I didn't like it.

Romantic escape near Eiffel Tower
convenient location easy access helpful staff
I found the location convenient. Major attractions were nearby. the rer station offered easy access. Accor Welcome desk staff helped with a us charger. Her advice led us to discover a handy department store. It had prepared food and EU chargers.
There was some noise from THE lift. It started early at 4am. The lift kept opening and closing. This woke me up every day.

The reception offered quick service and attentiveness. Water, both still and sparkling, was available at no cost. A 24-hour area featured snack and beverage vending machines.

Breakfast included a wide assortment of options, though average in quality. I found it amazing not needing to wait in line. The assortment was ample. Its average quality could be enhanced.

My room provided comfort. It also featured amazing views of the city, and tidy space. A good size, it contributed to an overall feeling of well-being.

Decent STAY near the river
convenient location helpful staff handy store tepid shower broken ac crowded lifts
I thought the location IS very convenient. Its proximity to major attractions and an RER station made access VERY easy. Staff was accommodating when I had trouble with a charger. I found a very handy department store nearby.
The shower temperature was tepid at best. Air con did not work well and room air circulation was bad news. Lifts were often busy SO I waited longer.
