The check-in staff helped me get adjoining rooms with my family members. I enjoyed a good breakfast at la cantina. We were able to leave our luggage and collect it at our leisure.

The cups for the free hot drinks were a little too small.

The hotel is around a 15-minute walk to the park, and it's a nice walk along the canal. A free shuttle bus outside the front of the hotel also runs every few minutes, that is very helpful.

The hotel reception was very friendly upon our arrival. There is a secure luggage storage room guests can use if arriving before check-in. Bags are tagged, and guests receive a tag receipt. I appreciate this.

Our room was super clean and cozy. The theming was great in the room and around the entire hotel. We were all in the same room and had two double beds so space was enough for the family.
