I found the team very helpful. They upgraded our room from a booked triple to a family quadruple. We appreciated early check-in and a fast checkout process. These things are important. Cleanliness and a quiet atmosphere were good aspects. It's always a pleasant experience.

The air conditioning could have been a little stronger. It was warm.

The staff was helpful with directions and also recommendations. I enjoyed the hotel design and its unusual style. The location was convenient. The metro station is only a short walk.

The rooftop bar was closed one evening due to a private event. This meant I couldn't enjoy the view as planned.
