the staff provided attentive service, showing a helpful attitude. the breakfast was plentiful with many options. the location was proximate to transportation and other amenities.
the room i received was very basic without a chair. i found the fridge to be musty. the bathroom had a bad sewage smell when the door was closed for a while.

the staff was consistently helpful. they quickly resolved a minor issue with the in-room safe (it needed a reset). i appreciated the quick response. the breakfast had a good selection of pastries. the location was indeed convenient near the main train station. this made travel easy.
Soundproofing could be improved. I occasionally heard noise from the hallway.
