a good escape

ideal location romantic atmosphere amazing facilities helpful staff

i discovered the location was ideal i found it easy to explore nearby attractions shops were close too the skywalk access was easy making getting around so convenient the hotel's decor had such a romantic atmosphere the building really stood out and i found the facilities amazing i thought it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. the dining options were an additional treat each restaurant offered something special i liked the variety and atmosphere. the staff was always eager to assist and very gentle.

during my stay the tv service could have been better i had difficulty accessing streaming apps it was a small inconvenience but i hope it improves

the king room had a large bed there was a moon sofa with a table a fifty-inch tv was available central air conditioning kept the room comfortable there was a good shower the bathroom had a comfortable bath.

the pool was large and clean i noticed plenty of beds the changing rooms were very large the gym was well-equipped a sauna and steam room were accessible i found ice plunge and warm jacuzzi facilities too.

staff consistently showed warmth and professionalism they made me feel at home their caring presence was always reassuring from check-in to housekeeping their attentiveness enhanced my overall stay i thought it was an welcome and helpful experience.

mixed experience due to noise and breakfast service

traffic noise disinterested staff

the location was central allowing easy access to transport and shopping.

the noise from the traffic and the train kept me awake at night and i could hear it clearly in my room i booked a king room view and the noise was more than i expected. the breakfast buffet felt chaotic and the staff seemed disinterested in helping guests it was difficult to get assistance and the overall atmosphere was not relaxing.
