a decent experience

breakfast variety helpful staff street noise sound insulation

the breakfast offered a decent variety. the staff were helpful . i also appreciated the cleanliness of the suite room i had.

i found the street noise quite disruptive. it was difficult to sleep on my first night. the noise was less after i changed my room to the other side, but the sounds from the bars and clubs made it difficult to fall asleep.

fantastic central stay

great location amazing staff relaxing pool

The location was excellent, near the bts sky train, it made getting around easy. staff provided amazing service and were always helpful with any questions. i enjoyed a few relaxing days around the pool. Some nice bars outside made lazy days enjoyable.

the room i had faced a nearby building without much of a view. this. the room was also darker due to lack of natural light

I loved how close the hotel was to the nana bts station. Just a quick walk! there's even a starbucks right next to the lobby. several 7/11 stores are nearby too. Super convenient!

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great. It fluctuated between too cold and too hot, so i couldn't enjoy my showering time.

A Decent Stay

convenient location nana bts station terminal 21 mall noisy breakfast crowded hotel small facilities

I found the location quite convenient. The Nana BTS station and the Terminal 21 mall were nearby. It was easy to get around.

The breakfast area was very crowded and noisy. I found it hard to relax and enjoy my meal. The hotel facilities felt too small for the number of guests.
