this hotel is just amazing! the staff are so friendly and helpful. my room was spacious and super clean. i especially loved how close it was to everything. they even changed my room from smoking to non-smoking when i asked! i noticed the bell service and concierge were also super helpful.
honestly, i had a really hard time finding anything negative, but if i had to pick, the gym equipment looked a bit old (though it was still functional!).

i loved my room upgrade to an executive level! they gave us so many benefits. the staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and nice. this was one of my best experiences i had. the food was so delicious, i can't wait to visit again! it rocks.
