The hotel has a great location near the train station. The Airport Link provides convenient access. The room was clean. The porters assisted with my luggage at the Airport Link Station.
The front desk lady in the morning was rude. She seemed dishonest and inconsiderate. I emailed the management about her behavior but received no response.

The hotel is located near the airport rail link. The rooms were clean. I found the beds comfortable for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the proximity to the Airport Rail Link station.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from the nearby trains. This was a minor issue, but it did affect my sleep quality slightly.
