malfunctioning temperature control missed room change
The room temperature control malfunctioned. An engineer had to repair it. It failed again during the night, disrupting my sleep. A room change was promised, but it never materialized. The malfunctioning temperature control, missed room change

Balanced stay at the hotel
hotel layout quick check stained sheets temperature issue
The hotel layout seemed nice, and the rooms were well planned. The breakfast had many options and the check in process was quick. My room had a great view.
The bed sheets had stains on them. I called the housekeeping to change the sheets. I was not able to adjust the room temperature and had to wait for assistance.
