I found the staff very friendly and helpful . Breakfast offered plenty of choices, including a nice egg station. I also appreciated the lovely and very clean rooms. The beds were comfortable, contributing to a restful stay.
I noticed the service at the restaurant and bar was a bit slow.

The staff were attentive and always ready to assist, really charmed me. i appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. It was quite delicious!!! the hotel also offered a free shuttle service to the beach, so convenient for getting around.
I found the gym a bit basic. Space seemed limited, especially if more than one person was using it at a time. it could benefit from a better layout.

my room featured fresh water bottles daily and provided clean towels every day, so lovely. a hairdryer was available, which i found useful. i slept in a comfortable bed.

the hotel is located near the beach, roughly 1-2 km, offering easy access to the shoreline. a shopping center is not far from the beach, i could walk there. the area is central and lively.

the location was excellent, though it was quite busy.
The walls are too thin. I heard everything from the neighboring rooms. the breakfast was average despite previous reviews. marmalade was mostly jelly and tea bags were swimming in the pot for hours. The table settings were dirty.

The customer service was perfect. the room was spacious with a fine view of both the city and the pool, a true haven. the gardens surrounding the pool added to the tranquil atmosphere, a real sanctuary.

The hotel provides a welcome cocktail upon arrival, a thoughtful gesture. a young lady at reception, kee, provided awesome service. She was very helpful and informative when i checked in and out, a real gem.

Acceptable stay with some issues

The breakfast buffet had a big choice (that's always a win!).
The pool was a letdown. I noticed it wasn't clean and seemed to have algae, a situation I found less than stellar. The tiles were also coming off, I did observe. I feel the hotel should address this ASAP.
