i did not like that an extra charge was applied to my bill. the reception person mentioned it was a negotiable fee and could be refunded if i disliked it.

the staff were very helpful. i felt welcome and valued. the room provided everything i could hope for and offered amazing views. it was an experience i hope to repeat soon. the attention to detail from the staff impressed me.

the room could benefit from a bit more sound insulation, conversations from adjacent rooms were slightly audible.
