the front desk staff was attentive. they really made sure my room had an amazing view. i saw a sunrise over tower bridge from the bathtub. the one of a kind views of the city skyline were the best i have seen.

fine view separate sinks rainfall shower well-stocked minibar

the views from our iconic king room city view were fine. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, very convenient for us. we also found that the minibar was well-stocked (with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options). staff quickly addressed a minor issue with the television, which i really appreciated.

i noticed some slight wear and tear on the carpet in the hallway outside my room.

My room had excellent views, especially at night. The bathroom stood out. I found it elegant and well-stocked with various amenities. The location near the train station was a definite plus.

The valet PARKING was convenient. check-in proceeded smoothly. i was upgraded to a room, it was large and comfortable.

the room was very clean. it was also quite spacious. i found the rooms to be lovely overall.

i did not like that an extra charge was applied to my bill. the reception person mentioned it was a negotiable fee and could be refunded if i disliked it.

the staff were very helpful. i felt welcome and valued. the room provided everything i could hope for and offered amazing views. it was an experience i hope to repeat soon. the attention to detail from the staff impressed me.

the room could benefit from a bit more sound insulation, conversations from adjacent rooms were slightly audible.
