amazing stay!
comfortable bed fluffy towels central location
the room was a luxury king room! the bed felt super comfortable. i especially liked those large, fluffy towels, a real treat after a shower. accessing all areas felt easy, i mean the location is great!
the minibar selection seemed slightly limited, but i found plenty of water.

the hotel boasts a location with convenient access to several key attractions. i also liked how close it was to public transport. this made moving around quite easy, very much indeed.

i found the staff always ready to assist with a warm smile. every request i made was handled quickly and efficiently. they gave great assistance.

elegant experience
excellent selection spacious room cute staff
the staff provided really good service, and i felt very welcome. the room was spacious and well kept, which ensured a comfortable stay. breakfast in the gallery room offered an excellent selection, it was a pleasant experience. i found the swimming pool and wellness area classy and well-equipped.
the tv channels available were quite basic for a hotel of this caliber, i think there should be more options.

The staff ensured guests enjoyed their stay, and their willingness was evident. winni provided really good attention during breakfast in the gallery room. She looked after every need. front desk service was quick, extraordinary and helpful.

The swimming pool and wellness area were classy. They were also well-equipped. the american bar provided great service and attention to detail. The staff were very knowledgeable. the foyer area displayed fine, elegant christmas decorations.

a mixed experience for the price
boring menu hidden fee
i found some issues despite the reputation. the breakfast at the river restaurant felt uninspired and really boring. plus, i was surprised by a daily accommodation service charge at checkout without any prior warning or discussion, i dont think that that's right. the staff, for the most part, provided excellent service, but that charge reminded me of a hidden fee at a rate like that.
