“Located in Berlin's vibrant Alexanderplatz, this 4-star hotel places you at the heart of the action. I noted the property's multiple dining options and sky lounge, yet some reports mention inconsistent service and maintenance, impacting the overall experience. While the location and potential for panoramic views are clear draws, manage your expectations accordingly.”

Feedback about Park Inn By Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz from previous guests about their experience.

Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Park Inn By Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz is often chosen for its unbeatable location right on Alexanderplatz, providing easy access to Christmas Markets and other attractions. Many guests secure rooms on higher floors to enjoy panoramic views of Berlin, including the Fernsehturm (TV Tower), Museuminsel, and Rotes Rathaus. While some have noted the absence of mini-fridges in the rooms, the hotel's proximity to S-Bahn, U-Bahn, buses, and trams makes exploring the city incredibly convenient.

uninterested staff extra charge

the location suited my needs since it was close to transport.

The staff seemed pretty uninterested. I asked about getting extra coffee pods, and they acted like it was a huge deal (and wanted to charge me extra). i'm used to better service than that.
