The staff was attentive.

The room size was smaller than expected based on the photos. I noted the bathrooms appear old and the corridor carpets were damaged. I also found the parking fee of almost 40 euros excessive.

the hallways seemed a bit outdated, detracting from the otherwise modern feel (they could use some sprucing up). also, i found it strange the minibar was empty. i was told the fridge temperature was only set to cool on reward floors, but even then, it was empty. this detail felt a bit cheap, considering the hotel's supposed 4-star rating. the lack of a well-stocked minibar was a minor disappointment, outdated hallways
