Decent stay with a few issues

The room had a good size and design. The staff member named esta from reception was amazing with my family. She was very kind and helpful with all our needs. I REALLY appreciated her assistance.

I found the check-in process quite confusing. The pool area was old, and the gym did not have enough equipment. THE hotel's location was not ideal.

The staff was attentive.

The room size was smaller than expected based on the photos. I noted the bathrooms appear old and the corridor carpets were damaged. I also found the parking fee of almost 40 euros excessive.

empty minibar 4-star rating

the hallways seemed a bit outdated, detracting from the otherwise modern feel (they could use some sprucing up). also, i found it strange the minibar was empty. i was told the fridge temperature was only set to cool on reward floors, but even then, it was empty. this detail felt a bit cheap, considering the hotel's supposed 4-star rating. the lack of a well-stocked minibar was a minor disappointment, outdated hallways
