smooth check-in quiet room
the check-in process was very smooth. i received an upgrade to a larger room, a regent suite. the room was surprisingly quiet given the proximity to regent street.
The hairdryer in the room felt outdated. I had to keep a button pressed for it to work.

Wonderful Stay!!!

I had a lengthy conversation with Bas Timmermans before my stay. He was knowledgeable and professional. He explained how this particular location would suit my needs. He ensured i would not be disappointed. The staff were really nice, by offering a room after my overnight flight, so i could shower and freshen up.
My room had one VERY tiny window. Therefore, there was very little natural light. The room felt dark most of the time.

My room had modern design. A white marble bathroom was very nice. The gym features a lot of equipment. The pool was also great. Breakfast offered substantial selection.
The hairdryer resembled one from a nineties motel. I had to hold a button to keep the air going

wrong luggage double charge
my visit was not great. the room was not ready when i arrived and i had to wait nearly an hour. there seemed to be a mix-up with another guest, and they gave me the wrong luggage at first. also, my final bill included a double charge to my credit card, and i am still trying to get it resolved. that was unexpected.
