The superior double room was a perfect size for my stay. the bed was very comfortable and i slept well. the location was great and close to canary wharf station. Cafes and restaurants were also nearby.

there were no dressing robes or slippers in the room. i also requested a later check out by an hour, but this was ignored. housekeeping knocked on the door twice to ask when i was leaving, even though i still had over an hour before the given check out time.

I waited a while each time (annoying, especially after a long day). the algorithm was strange. also, the room had some cleanliness issues. I noticed stains on the carpet. the bathroom tiles also showed signs of mold.

The location was convenient for my needs.

I found a couple of issues . The shower head was quite scaled, hindering the water flow. I thought the bed was firmer than I prefer, resulting in a less restful night. The adaptive lighting on the TV also made it difficult to view programs in the dark.

The location was good. Everything i needed was in close proximity. all of the reception and common areas were nice. the rooftop bar was fun! the view of the city was amazing!!!

i booked a twin room with my adult daughter, but i was given a double bed room with a couch. they told me it was a "free upgrade. " i complained to the manager, but he said the hotel was fully booked and he couldn't do anything.
