i found a very helpful member of staff checked me and my family in. she reassured me that the meaning of service had not been forgotten. the hotel has a nice bar that was relaxing. the room was very good and comfortable also nice and quiet.
i found the tea for afternoon tea arrived late. finger sandwiches had dry bread. the lift to the spa area was not working and the jacuzzi was also not working

the gym WAS excellent.
the air-conditioning in my original room did not work. the toilet would not flush. the room was in need of decorating. it WAS disappointing.

i found elena at the bar super friendly and helpful she gave great local tips i was new to the area and she. our room was big and the bed was really comfy after a long journey it was a perfect pit stop.

the location was great for an overnight stay before traveling on the tunnel it was easy to get to and from the hotel and i found lots of things to do nearby so i had no trouble spending some hours.

The car park was convenient. The reception staff were VERY polite. Breakfast included a good selection of items.
The bar was understaffed.. Drinks service was slow. Some tables were littered with dirty plates. The rooms seemed a little tired and could use some refurbishment.

Elena at the bar was so friendly. she gave great recommendations for local spots i should check out and helped me feel comfortable since i wasn't familiar with the area. the comfy beds and free coffee were perfect after a long drive i also appreciated the 24-hour check-in and free parking. It made everything so easy.
i booked a room for my daughters and myself as a late christmas gift but it was disappointing. spa treatments weren't available and i couldn't use the stream room. the bedroom felt cold with only one towel provided the staff didn't do anything when i told them about these issues.

i appreciated the convenient location with good access to major road routes all staff i met were friendly and professional the hospitality tray was replenished daily it was good. the breakfast offered plenty of choice it was all self service. car parking spaces were available.

The breakfast offered a fantastic range of food. All of really good standard. the hotel decor is bright and stylish. our room followed this theme with plenty of space and was beautifully decorated.
