really good dinner bus access easy access

The Christmas Eve dinner was AMAZING!!! The hotel provides access to the Free1 bus. This bus loops near the Trevi Fountain for easy access. The train is tap n go for ease of use.

The staff was polite but not overly friendly.

I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed a minor issue with my room's lighting. the courtyard provided a peaceful escape. I enjoyed having drinks there after sightseeing. breakfast offered great choices (i loved the pastries!). the location allowed easy walks to major attractions.

The gym equipment seemed a bit dated. Some treadmills needed maintenance.

I discovered a room of generous size, complete with good luxury touches. the location proved great, placing me within a short stroll to many iconic sites. i cherished the available restaurants nearby. They provided culinary bliss.

i noticed the breakfast, while functional, did not quite capture my heart. it lacked the special spark i yearned for. more variety would be a plus.

cracked tiles excessive noise

the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

I was pretty frustrated. the bathroom floor tiles were cracked. the noise from the street was excessive. I could hear everything even with the windows closed. this made getting a good night's sleep nearly impossible.

the rooms was spacious with high ceilings. i had a standard double or twin room. the courtyard provide a quiet retreat, and the breakfast spread offer many choices. i found a shop on the premises, very convenient for a forgotten item.

the bathroom had some grout missing in the shower. the area around the drain needed a clean. the shower temperature was inconsistent sometimes.

i really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. it had many options to choose from each morning. the inner garden provided a very calm space for this service. the staff was polite and always ready to help with directions.

the walls felt paper-thin. i could hear guests talking next door. the air conditioning in the room did not work very well. i wanted cooler temperatures.

Really good Location and Grandeur

quick access excellent service spacious rooms

The location allowed quick access to many sites. The staff at the front desk provided excellent service. Rooms were quite spacious. they addressed every request promptly. I will definitely consider staying here again on future trips.

The older elevators were a bit tricky to navigate initially. There was another normal elevator available, but finding it took some time. Clearer directions would have been helpful upon arrival.
