chaotic layoutextra charge

the breakfast was not great. it was very busy and somewhat chaotic, the layout did not make sense to me. there were just so many options, it was overwhelming and not a nice way to start the day! also the spa treatments were reasonably priced, but i was confused about the extra charge to use the pool and sauna. it seems strange when you pay so much for the room!
