Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities!
helpful staff great view cleanliness
I stayed in a Beautiful Family Room with two double beds and a view. The room was super clean. I found the shower water pressure very strong. I appreciated the helpful staff who were always available. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated with a bar. Breakfast costed $35.00 (a reasonable price for a good meal!).
I noticed major roadworks outside the front of the hotel. This caused some minor inconvenience. The area was a bit difficult to navigate at times.

The hotel is located near a train station. A few minutes' walk gets you to a shopping mall. Also very close is a market if you need water or juices and a pharmacy is just 3 minutes away.

excellent stay in a beautiful room!
friendly staff early check-in clean room
The staff was super friendly and very helpful. i really loved the early check-in. I arrived two hours early but got my room without even asking. the high room offered a magnificent view, and i appreciated the cleanliness!
the hotel advertises its skybar heavily, but access costs an extra 25 euros. it is a separate business, and this was not clear.

the hotel boasts proximity to transportation, dining and shopping spots. the montparnasse train station is less than 10 minutes away on foot, a detail that makes travel logistics very easy. many cafes and restaurants are within a 5-15 minute radius.

the hotel's breakfast features a lovely array of options, with good coffee available. there is a bar with a bartender and waitress on the 2nd floor. the hotel includes welcome drinks in the bar for accor members.

the concierge team provided useful advice for metro travel and versailles tickets. i found the concierge team especially helpful, with ali, julie, and sarah being particularly professional. staff members gaelle, charlotte, laura and ousmane were very helpful.

impractical bathroom design unreliable gym programs
I felt some disappointment on my visit. The minibar was more like a small fridge with only two water bottles, not much for personal items. The bathroom design seemed impractical as the door didn't close properly and noise wasn't contained, and the toilet placement was uncomfortable. The gym had Lesmiles programs that kept stopping during use, it was pretty annoying.

helpful staff convenient location
The staff was helpful. The location is near the train station. There were many restaurants nearby (very convenient).
I experienced an unexpected charge. I was asked to pay 5 euros for a wine opener to be delivered to the room, or I could get it myself. The restaurant said they didn't have one and promised to deliver it, but it never arrived, quite a frustrating experience!
