I REALLY enjoyed the hotel's location because it provides easy access to CDG. A short walk brought me to the train which services all terminals and the RER. This made my travel VERY convenient.
THE room felt a bit run-down. I noticed broken fixtures from the door handles to the key card holder on the wall. the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, almost like a public restroom..

the hotel location suited my travel needs. a five minute walk connected me directly to the airport. the proximity made early morning departures stress free. the hotel breakfast from 5:30 am to 10:00 am was a bonus with warm meal options.
i noted some corridors had an unusual odor. the smell reminded me of strong perfume. it was a very minor thing.

The location offered easy tram access from the airport to the hotel. the room was clean and quite spacious. i was surprised by the breakfast buffet. It had meats, cheeses, breads, fruits, yogurt, granola, eggs, and beverages. i found that it exceeded my expectations (a very nice surprise indeed!).
I noticed there were no complimentary water bottles in the room upon arrival. also, amenities like toothbrushes are no longer provided, different from past stays. the absence of a free coffee machine in the lobby reminded me of a step down. I remember it from a few years ago.

i found the location really convenient, right outside terminal 3, it was easy to reach. check-in was quick, and i got my standard twin room earlier than expected. the breakfast had tasty options and plenty of choices. proximity to the monorail to other terminals was useful.
the paper cups were a bit disappointing, and the hairdryer wasnt great. shower design let water out, and the bathroom floor got slick. the pillows seemed small, and there was a grungy feel in the room.
