This hotel offers high-quality facilities. the premium executive lounge is located on the 17th floor. i found the staff to be hospitable and attentive. my room was clean and spacious. It had a distinct section separating the bedroom from the living area. direct access to a shopping mall is very convenient.
the check-in process was slower than expected. i had requested an early check-in because of my short stay and arrival from a long journey. i felt a little disappointed that other guests were accommodated more quickly.

This location is superb, near shopping centers. staff were very helpful with directions. They made taxi arrangements quickly. the multiple pools are great. I relaxed on the provided loungers. i loved the quiet garden with nice landscaping.
The room rate varied daily. I was surprised by the dynamic pricing at checkout. i suggest future customers check their agreed rate. this fluctuation in cost created unexpected budgeting concerns.

The room featured crisp bed linens and comfortable pillows for a restful night. there was also a spacious work desk. I used it to catch up on emails. the marble bathroom includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
