The hotel pool was a great bonus . I enjoyed the happy hour at the lobby bar. Benz provided lovely service. The location made it easy to find food, drinks, and shopping.. it was so convenient. The room was large. I rested comfortably.
I found a small stain on one of the towels, but the staff quickly replaced it.

outdated roomslow check-in
the room i had was pretty outdated. the bathroom sink even had a crack in it. the bathtub was awkward, and the towels did not feel that clean. check-in took a long time, it was so slow.

The variety was excellent and everything tasted fresh. the room was immaculate and the housekeeping service was great. the location is really convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. i found the staff attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. Their kindness enhanced my stay significantly
the elevators could be a bit slow during peak hours causing a slight wait

The rooms were quite spacious and clean with good air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious with a very good selection. I found something I liked every morning. Front desk staff were excellent. Their service was excellent. Bellboys were helpful too. I really appreciate their assistance.
The WiFi signal did not reach around the pool area. The pool was often super busy with many children, so it was not a place to relax. The rooms looked a bit old. The decor seemed dated compared to the lobby. The carpets need replacing.

Natty greeted me with such warmth. It was just wonderful. the mexican restaurant had vibrant music and delicious food. i found the common areas lovely and relaxing.
The old carpet had a musty smell. It wasn't a pleasant welcome to the room.

the breakfast had many options. i especially liked the crispy bacon. the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. the housekeeping was very accommodating.
The room seemed old. a light was dim in the bathroom. I could barely see anything. there was significant humidity on the bathroom ceiling. It seemed the ceiling might fall.
