The staff was attentive and polite at the gym, the lobby, and the coffee corner.
The hotel room looked a LITTLE tired. The walls were very thin. I could hear my next-door neighbor every night. This impacted my stay because I value quiet evenings.

the staff was attentive . the cascade restaurant had excellent dishes and prompt service. the gym allowed me to shower after checkout because of a car issue. this was very helpful after waiting hours for repairs.
The room walls seemed thin. I heard neighbors at night.

The botanical garden in the lobby was a nice touch. It seemed like a small jungle.
I was frustrated that the air conditioning regulator came off when i touched it. It showed the room's worn condition. everything felt stained and chipped. there was a light hanging loose!
