cold plate slow service

The restaurant experience was a HUGE letdown. I had to send my main course back because the plate was cold and the food was barely warm! The restaurant manager gave an unbelievable explanation. He said the food was cool because it was cold outside!!! It made no sense. I expect far better when paying those prices. The service was shockingly slow and dismissive.

Really good Service and Superb Amenities.

The room was very comfy and tidy. The staff proved very helpful. They were always ready to assist. I made use of the gym and I found the equipment well kept. I also enjoyed breakfast in the grill. There were many options on the menu.

the superior king room was super clean and so comfy. the bed was huge!!! the room service was super quick and efficient. I ordered a late-night snack, and it arrived in like, fifteen minutes. the concierge helped me book a last-minute theatre ticket too. She was so helpful!!!

The gym was smaller than i expected. It only had two treadmills. also, the coffee machine in my room was a bit temperamental. It took a few tries to get it working. the shower pressure wasn't great, either. it was a bit weak for my liking.
