The location was acceptable.

The room was very disappointing (honestly!). The air conditioning blew only hot air. I told reception, and they gave us a loud fan. The bathroom needed work. The shower had no screen, so water went everywhere.

easy access fast check-in complimentary breakfast

the hotel is close to the underground. it made getting around quite easy. the staff was helpful and check-in was fast and organized. they provided complimentary breakfast for our entire stay and happily changed our rooms, also granted us a free late checkout until 2pm for all our rooms.

the room had a very slight noise issue from regent street at night.

the hotel sits in a prime spot, nearby many attractions, and is very close to the underground station. access to transportation and key sites is easily achievable, giving the hotel a central advantage for getting around the city and visiting various points of interest.

friendly staff room decoration goody bag

the staff was friendly and helpful. my room was decorated beautifully prior to my arrival. petals were on the bed and the hotel provided champagne and chocolates. i also received a goody bag when i departed.

the pool was dark and not inviting.

The hotel has a central location. many theatres and restaurants are nearby. the hotel is also close to shops and easily accessible by bus. A bus stop is just outside and takes you to mayfair and harrods.

I ate at the restaurant madhu's and the food was special. the staff took very good care of me. the hotel offers an array of facilities including a gym, a pool, and a spa. All are maintained to a high standard.

excellent location well maintained poor lighting dated room

the location is excellent, just a short walk from piccadilly station. the hotel itself is clean and well maintained.

my room was dated. the lighting was very poor above the dressing table. the bathroom needed a refurbishment. the towel ring kept falling out of its holder.
