The staff members were helpful. Jacky assisted me with my luggage and travel arrangements. The room had a great city view. The rooftop pool has shade, SO refreshing. The breakfast buffet includes many options.

The check-in process was a bit slow upon arrival.

rooftop barstained carpetdirty towels

the rooftop bar offered views of the city. it was quite excellent.

the room showed signs of wear and tear, the shower had some rust. the carpet was stained in multiple places. i also noticed that the towels were not completely clean.
