The location was excellent! The hotel is close to everything, yet it felt quiet and safe, though the street was busy. Anwa was very helpful with an easy check-in process. I was impressed with the hospitality. Every staff member attended to us politely.

the location near the nana bts station was super convenient. i found several 7/11 stores nearby which was really useful. the hotel also had a great value, that's true! i was actually surprised by how accessible everything was.
The shower head in the bathroom wasn't adjustable. It was a fixed position.

I loved how clean the rooms were and the amazing view i had. the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Chaivat at the front desk assisted me greatly. the pool area was really nice and clean too, and it made for some great photos!!!
the shower head had slightly weak pressure, but that was the only minor thing.
