nice view big room respectful staff

i stayed in a premier room north tower and it had a nice view. the room was big. the staff allowed day use with additional charges. there were courteous staffs.

The elevators were still messy. I had to wait.

The staff was very good from check-in to check-out. Nooy immediately collected our baggage when we requested the concierge to bring down our bags. joey, tong and nooy were helpful, putting our bags into the cab. kim, the security, closed our doors for us. i have no regrets staying here.

we stayed in the north tower and needed to change lifts at the 11th floor. the room seemed dusty, and i felt ill after staying two nights.
