food, friendlieness, beach, servis, was all perfect. i come back mauritius, only stay at this hotel. staffs was great. beach was beautiful. servis was very nice. i recommend it for families. thankyou.

staff offered assistance with luggage swiftly upon arrival, this was quite useful. the concierge provided clear directions to restaurants and facilities, i appreciated. staff at the front desk answered questions effectively.

la citronelle restaurant offered a varied buffet selection. the deer hunter restaurant had a fine dining experience with great food, this was really good. indigo restaurant offered a set menu and good white wine, it tasted good.

The buffet restaurant was like a chaotic three-star experience. Sometimes the buffet stations were left empty for too long and looked a bit messy.. the staff didn't seem motivated.

the food was very sensational for both breakfast and dinner, i liked the thematized evenings at the main restaurant. the variety and quality of food is really good. every night theres live music at the bar, its a nice atmosphere.
i had a issue with my return flight cancelled, and the hotel assured me they would refund my final night. after discussions, they were trying to keep me happy until i checked out. they refused to give it in writing, i found it strange.

the setting was wonderful the golf was great the staff were super friendly and the food was great too i was all inclusive and the quality of the food and range of wines and cocktails was marvelous it did not matter where i chose to eat and drink the staff at both the hotel and the golf clubs were so helpful vishnoo's golf coaching was excellent as well
