Mixed feelings about my stay

The bike situation was a mess. The hotel advertises bikes, so i wanted to use them. Staff sent me all over the place, the entertainment cabin, the gym, everywhere! Each person told a different story about where the bikes MIGHT be, only for me to learn they just didn't exist. several cocktails were not included in the all-inclusive package. I was disappointed to find basic drinks such as a Long Island iced tea cost extra.

The water situation was annoying. I had to carry glass water bottles to my room. It seemed like a chore. No one refilled them, though I asked. the pools were not very clean. I saw lettuce floating in the water. that WAS disappointing.

i am so thrilled with my room! the double room sea view was super clean and had such a fine view. the meals were delicious with lots of variety especially at the main restaurant and i really appreciated the sustainable initiatives i noticed throughout the resort!

the boat house service was a letdown activities were often canceled unexpectedly. breakfast needed more variety i sometimes found it repetitive. plus spa services costs seemed a bit off so definitely double check your bill!
