disorganised check-in uncleaned room
the breakfast at jade restaurant was acceptable they delivered excellent breakfasts
i found the check-in disorganised it felt unwelcoming the room was dusty and not cleaned on time soap was not replenished even after i made requests i think they need to pay more attention to cleanliness

A Serene Escape
beautiful grounds photo opportunity fabulous spread continental restaurant
I enjoyed the meticulous upkeep of the grounds. Photo opportunities were abundant, encompassing the hotel itself, the beach, the cuisine and fellow guests. The balcony space provided comfort and beauty. Breakfast offered a fabulous spread. The continental restaurant pleased me with its very good food.
Service at the restaurants did not meet expectations. The waiters used Creole language, off-putting.

The beach offered abundant sunbeds that ensured space for every guest. A gym included new, high quality equipment for me. The resort considered every choice for my stay.

The hotel is near to the beach. Sunsets provided a refreshing visual treat by the beach, at the pool, or at Waves restaurant. The resort is beautiful.

loud music late cleaning
The staff was warm and tried hard. The complimentary treats at Nirvana are worth it.
I did not like my stay. The room I got was not quiet, and loud music played until late. The housekeeping was also not good. They did not clean my room until the afternoon.

super stay!
plunge pool suite cool archery refreshing minibar excellent restaurant
i had such a great time here. the resort had archery. my suite was in the nirvana section, it had a cool plunge pool. the minibar was always full of beer, wine and soft drinks. there were many restaurants, but jade was my favorite.
The beach was not very nice. It needed water shoes to enter the sea.

special table amazing staff smelly toilet faulty installation
I really ENJOYED the Kumin restaurant. I dined there three times. Rushan was amazing and made a special table for my last night. Kavish made everything perfect and organised everything superbly for me.
The water did not drain properly in my sink. The toilet was smelly, though this was fixed after I called reception. Shower door design was flawed. Instead of keeping water in the shower, it pushed water out and into the bathroom.
