an ok stay with some letdowns

crowded buffet slow service

the staff were helpful. i did appreciate the water sports being included in the all-inclusive package.

The main buffet felt way too busy. it was overwhelming especially with all the people. I saw very little effort to manage the crowds. ordering drinks proved difficult, it often was like i was invisible while waiting.

The room was spacious! I liked its terrace with direct beach access. There was plenty of seating on the sandy beach! Umbrellas provided ample shade.
