Every staff member demonstrated really good kindness. The marine biology team's dedication to sharing their knowledge was excellent. Our room was impeccably clean due to Emily and Narayan, so their attentiveness. The kindness of the people.
The night entertainment requires improvement. I found it less appealing. I think older people may find it more interesting. The food variety also needed attention.

The hotel offered a good selection of restaurants. The buffet restaurant had a wide variety of choices. The room was spacious and clean (especially the bathroom, with two separate sinks!). I appreciated the water and sports activities available.
I found that the all-inclusive package had restrictions. Specific local beverages were the only options. There was minimum choice regarding the alcohol I could have.

every person i spoke with were really nice too make the honeymoon special. emilie from headquarters was great and helped with our bookings. the reception team consisting of mattieu, anesh, and noshima were helpful, patient, and cute throughout our stay!!!

the hotel offered great swimming pools and clean , easy access to the beach. there were plenty of activities to choose from , including boat rides and snorkeling tours. we especially loved the variety and quality of the food. the staff were friendly with an really good attitude.
i found only one very slight negative fact , but it's worth mentioning, the evening entertainment finished quite early.

Our honeymoon began perfectly at this hotel, where every staff member ensured a nice experience. Emilie from Headquarters showed warmth and helped greatly with our bookings. The reception team, especially Mattieu, Anesh, and Noshima, offered consistent help. Dining at KOT NOU became a highlight, thanks to Reena, Akilesh, Sohel, Paras, and Tina, who served us with genuine care.
The wind was quite strong which affected our enjoyment of the balcony, pool, and beach at times.
