Really good Stay with Bridge Views

iconic landmarks fine view amazing staff food voucher

The hotel offers an unbeatable location near iconic landmarks. I found the views of the Tower Bridge from my room to be fine. The staff was amazing and accommodated all my requests. I especially loved the option to receive a voucher for food in exchange for skipping daily room cleaning (a Starbucks voucher for £7!).

The elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours, but this was a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast buffet included a wide assortment of choices, with something for everyone (I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries). The restaurant also has a nice atmosphere and attentive personnel. The coffee was hot and flavourful.

cold room disorganized breakfast

the room i occupied was rather cold. the heating struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature despite being set high. also, the breakfast service felt disorganized, with long queues and tables not cleared promptly, it created a chaotic start to the day.
