storage fee extra charges
the price i payed for the room did not match the quality. i was charged a fee to store my bag after checkout, a practice i find unacceptable. a basic hairdryer was not available in the room, yet they charged extra for it. it felt as though i was constantly nickel-and-dimed for essential services.

quiet room friendly kiosk constant security
i was genuinely surprised by how quiet my room was, especially given the bustling streets nearby. the self-check-in kiosks at the entrance were super user-friendly, and i really loved how there was security at the lobby entrance at all times. This.
i must admit, the lack of a television in the room was a slight inconvenience.

i appreciated the hotel is proximity to the train station. i liked that leicester square and china town are accessible by walk. the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed. requesting extra pillows is possible, if available.
the wifi speed was a disappointment. an earlier checkout time could work better . the hotel charged extra for luggage storage after checkout.

the location proved convenient .
the room lacked sufficient storage space i struggled to keep my belongings organized the vending machine prices were also HIGH a packet of oreos cost 5 pounds it seemed excessive furthermore i was woken by noise during the night.
