the staff were polite. the hotel spaces are clean. the room was quiet and decorated with great attention to detail.

i found that not even a simple bottle of water was offered at the pool. bringing water from outside is prohibited. the coffee was of poor quality, though the price was high.

the outdoor area appear well presented. breakfast was acceptable.

The pillows provided were terrible. they reminded me of sleeping on rocks and it caused significant neck and shoulder pains. the air con wouldn't change temperature. It stayed at a set point and would switch off without prompt.
