amazing village experience!

helpful staff great service superb breakfast well-equipped room

I found the staff super helpful, providing great service. this place is beautiful, the rooms include a fireplace! breakfast was superb. I especially loved the selection. the room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a great shower and olive-based products that smelled heavenly.

my only slight issue was that, because the hotel is spread throughout the village, getting around required a bit of walking, though the scenery more than made up for it!

The rooms were nice with a fireplace, i enjoyed the warm touch. the rooms were also spacious with a terrace courtyard. this room included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was a pleasant surprise.

village charm with minor snags

very nice view great atmosphere honey taste

i enjoyed the setting. it offered very nice views and a great atmosphere. the village walks passed restaurants, cafes, wine bars and historic spots, neat. the breakfast included a good variety and some honey tasted amazing.

My room bathroom had lighting issues! it was very dark. the shower design led to floor flooding because the lip was too low.

the reception staff assisted me well. i appreciated their attention and i felt welcome. they were polite and seemed ready to handle requests. the restaurant service was quick, but a bit too rushed. i had wanted a more relaxed pace.

The Byzantino restaurant had really good food. The staff were very warm and courteous. The spa was also great. I visited the local winery on the mountain top, and the staff were knowledgeable and professional.

The room lighting was dark! in the bathroom. The walk-in shower floor flooded because the lip was too low. There were massive gaps in the balcony doors, which allowed mosquitoes inside.

poor lighting rusty radiator

the location had a superb setting in a quaint village.

The bathroom was shockingly small and dark with poor lighting. I couldn't find any extra lights. a rusty towel radiator was inches from the toilet. there were massive gaps in the balcony doors. This allowed mosquitoes to enter.
