Hotel Colosseum is on Via Sforza, 10, near the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, the Colosseum, and the Imperial Fora, and Santa Maria ai Monti Church. Piazza di Spagna is accessible via the Spagna underground stop, between Via Due Macelli and Via del Babuino. Termini Train Station is about a 10-minute walk.
