loud fan noisy drilling
I found some issues . the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The room remained too warm, and the fan emitted a very loud noise that disturbed sleep. i was not informed about it in advance, and it negatively impacted my ability to relax.

The location is central. Major attractions are within walking distance. I enjoyed the breakfast with many choices. The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs.
The rooms are NOT soundproof so street noise was a frequent interruption.

The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. There IS a bus stop right outside.

My room included clean sheets and towels. The bathroom WAS big with a toilet. I had high ceilings and air conditioning.

The staff was helpful. They provided a map with local sites. The front desk staff are really lovely and very helpful. Annalisa needs special mention. She filled us in about important things, though, one desk employee was rude.

The hotel is very close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Vatican City WAS a 25-minute walk. Trevi Fountain is about a 20-minute walk away.

helpful staff local restaurants fresh pastries
The staff helped me with directions. They also gave recommendations for local restaurants. The breakfast included fresh pastries each morning. I found the hotel very close to the major attractions.
The elevator was quite small. Only two people with luggage could fit. I suggest the hotel evaluate alternatives.

The room offered blackout curtains. This helped me sleep well. There was also a stocked mini-fridge available. The bathroom had a rainfall shower. I enjoyed it after long days.

The hotel offered a rooftop terrace , it featured comfortable seating. The breakfast room provided a variety of options. They were delicious. The lobby had complimentary newspapers .

Acceptable stay with some issues
outdated decor unsecured toilet
the air conditioning worked well this was appreciated given the weather
the room i booked did not match the photos online it featured outdated decor and faced a small courtyard moreover the toilet was not properly secured to the floor it wobbled precariously i also noticed a strong sewage smell in the bathroom

a decent central location
helpful staff excellent service lack of isolation hotel door
the staff at the desk WERE helpful. they offered advice when i needed assistance navigating around the area. the staff working at breakfast provided excellent food and service
the room was not noise proof. i heard a child crying each day for about an hour. it sounded like the child was in my BED. the hotel doors offer no isolation at ALL.

perfect location wide selection friendly staff elevator sound thin wall street noise
The hotel location worked well. I walked to most attractions within a reasonable time. The breakfast included a wide selection of items. I appreciate the friendly and polite staff. They are always available for questions.
The elevator sounds were very loud. I heard it even through the night. Walls seemed thin, I heard conversations from people walking past my room. The street noise often interrupted sleep.
