broken air conditioning closed pool bar

the air conditioning was definitely not working properly. even with it supposedly off, the room was like a freezer, and all i got was a thin sheet. also, the pool area was a letdown. it said no outside food or drinks were allowed, but the bar was closed. what a bummer!

lukewarm food thin walls

the breakfast was definitely a letdown. the hot items were barely lukewarm, almost like they had been sitting out for a while. the coffee wasn't much better either. it was not a great start to the day, considering i paid extra for it. plus, the room walls felt pretty thin. i heard a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway. it made it hard to relax fully after long days exploring.
