The location felt safe, with the parliament building nearby.
The room was dated and did not resemble the photos online. This was frustrating. The fridge was also quite noisy. The key card failed a few times, and I lost power for about 20 minutes while in the room. It was dark and annoying.

The staff was polite. I was grateful for their assistance. the location was great, it allowed easy access to various areas. the breakfast had a reasonable array to choose from.
the room was somewhat dated. it did not quite match the images shown online. the carpets seemed worn. the furniture also showed signs of wear.

I really enjoyed the staff. They offered helpful directions and taxi assistance. the area secure hotel due to the police presence nearby. breakfast included eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, meats, cheeses and croissant breads. I thought it was excellent. the price was right and i would definitely stay here again.
the fridge made quite a bit of noise, and i could hear water flowing between floors when toilets were flushed. also, i had a couple of key card problems. i did spend about 20 minutes in my room with only my phone light, but they did fix it.

The room included a comfortable bed and was very clean. it had high ceilings and classic decor. amenities included a mini-bar and a tv with international channels. That was useful.

The hotel is near many famous sights, including the trevi fountain. i could walk to piazza navona, the pantheon, and many restaurants. the piazza montecitorio has one of the obelisks. It is a beautiful area.

the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food, and i thought it was splendid. there were great coffee choices, breads and pastries! the breakfast room staff were pleasant and attentive.

The staff was helpful. They quickly arranged a taxi for my early morning departure. My room included two separate spaces. A sitting room and a bedroom. I really enjoyed the plentiful and fresh options at breakfast.
