Rooms was clean. Air conditioning worked well. There was ample space for my family. I could order drinks at the bar and enjoy them in the room. Restaurant under the hotel was lovely and I enjoyed a meal here.
Doors to rooms have no eye holes and no dead lock. Securing the door at night was difficult.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. they provided excellent recommendations for food (i especially appreciated this). the location was perfect as it was very central.
the shower did not drain properly. this made showering difficult as the water threatened to overflow. there were no towel bars in the bathroom (this was inconvenient).

The staff was helpful during check in. I received a map with clear directions to various city attractions, it was so practical. Leaving luggage before check in and after check out was simple. That flexibility helped a lot. The hotel's location made exploring convenient. I found the main sites within walking distance.
