the staff were polite.

The room i got was pretty basic with just one pillow provided. the bed was so uncomfortable. It was hard to sleep well. breakfast was worse, they ran out of food, and nobody refilled it even when people asked.

the shuttle to the airport was convenient.

The room lacked a kettle, a necessity for tea drinkers. only two small bottles were in the fridge. I found they were not complimentary. the tv selection was poor. It only provided italian channels and no netflix.

The roof top terrace does have a nice view and you can watch the fishing boats.

I was charged an unexpected €100 fee for my service animals and felt my needs were not respected. The room was small and not particularly clean. Almost every amenity required an extra cost. The most serious issue was that one of the staff members backed into my rental car and drove off. Management refused to show the security footage until I filed a police report and offered no assistance.
