mixed experience at this hotel

breakfast varietylimited shade
The breakfast buffet lacked variety i found. some items seemed to be repeated daily which was disappointing. the pool area could also use more shade. Finding a spot out of the sun was often difficult especially during midday heat i felt a bit uncomfortable.

compromised foodslow service
My stay experienced some problems. the food standards were compromised, particularly regarding pork and seafood served at the buffet. also, the breakfast offerings at the lounge were not great. finally, the staff did not serve drinks proactively during happy hour. This slowed down service.

Staff members Jack and Tik assisted with baggage efficiently. They provided useful information regarding hotels in other areas. Breakfast featured many varieties with wonderful taste. The room itself was excellent for conducting business.
The room temperature did not drop below 24 degrees, even after adjusting settings.

The gym has several treadmills. It includes also stationary bikes and weight machines. The pool area features a good number of loungers with a shaded section. You can always find a good spot to relax.

The breakfast buffet includes diverse culinary traditions from Asia. I had a real treat starting the day. The Prego Bar made excellent margaritas. The Amaya Restaurant offered many delicious options.

Housekeeping team members Tong, Kiat, Pan and Mook serviced the room daily. They gave a special gift made by the Housekeeping Staff. Suzanne took the time to chat and advise on dining options. Several staff members are very helpful.
