mixed feelings about this stay

small room disappointing dinner

the initial room assignment was problematic , with a disagreement at reception over room numbers. the room allocated first felt too small for two people. we then received a call late in the evening for a room upgrade , but the rushed relocation added unnecessary stress . the new year's eve dinner was also disappointing , with flavors not meeting expectations despite the high price point.

polite staff excellent facilities functional sink underwhelming experience

The staff was excellent they were super polite and helpful. Facilities were top notch I mean seriously the best receptionists ever!

I stayed at the hotel recently and had a rather underwhelming experience despite a few positives. The sink was functional but not in great condition it was a bit disappointing.
