The location was excellent and provided easy access to many attractions. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop views during breakfast and dinner. The hotel is close to Galata, the Galata Bridge, and many unique shops and restaurants. The main shopping street is nearby and the main sites are within a reasonable distance (easy to access).

The front desk staff were always ready to assist (Bedirhan was particularly helpful). They efficiently organized airport transfers and answered all questions. I found their attention to detail and proactive assistance commendable.
